BUILDING A LUXURY HOME OVERVIEW 

1. Planning & Research

2. Hiring a Team

  • Interior Designer: Consider a designer to plan the aesthetic, layout, and finishes.
  • Engineer/Surveyor: For site assessments, structural plans, and ensuring the home complies with building codes.

CONSIDER THE DESIGN ASPECT 

3. Design & Blueprint

  • Work with the architect to develop a custom home design.

4. Permits & Approvals
