    • Close to Calgary: Airdrie's close proximity to Calgary (just 30 minutes away) a great option for commuters who prefer the quieter lifestyle but need access to the  City. 

    • Access to Amenities: Airdrie offers a variety of amenities, including shopping centres, restaurants, health services & outdoor activities, all within a short drive.

5. Maintenance & Yard Space

  • Why it’s great: Semi-detached homes often come with their own small yard, so you can enjoy some outdoor space without the heavier maintenance. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT

  • Front & Backyard: You will likely have your own front & backyard, though the space may be smaller compared to a Detached home. Maintenance responsibilities typically fall on you, but the yard size is manageable.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO LOOK AFTER

Summary: 

  • With home Maintenance you will be responsible for your side of the property (roof, windows, lawn, etc.), but don't need to worry about the exterior of the shared wall.
